基地在成都青龙湖公园一处半岛上，岛上密布高大乔木。作为瞭望塔设计，尽量减少对树的破坏，从而将建筑体量抬离树稍，钢柱支撑着，不挤占树的空间。塔的形态是一个放松的环，让阳光可以照到下面的树，并通过两条弧形的坡道联系地面，一条连接园区路，一条通往湖畔

The site is located on a peninsula densely covered with tall trees on the lake. As a landmark, the tower is lifted away from the treetops to reduce the impact on the trees. The building volume is a relaxed ring, allowing sunlight to shine on the trees, and is connected to the ground through two curved ramps, one connecting to the park road and the other leading to the lakeside.
