建筑位于一条街的尽头，脚下是坡地，面向海洋。设计创造了两个空间，一是作为街延伸的观海平台，一是与坡地衔接的室外剧场。建筑内外的路径衔接了这两个空间，人在路径上行走可以感受建筑与坡与海的关系

The building is located at the end of a street, with a slope at its feet and facing the ocean. The design creates two spaces: one is a sea-viewing platform that extends the street, and the other is an outdoor theater shaped by the slope. The paths inside and outside the building connect these two spaces, and people walking on the paths can feel the relationship between the building, the slope and the sea.
